Platemaking orders ship depending on the service you choose: we offer a 2-day turnaround, 1-day turnaround, or same day rush. For shipping, we offer UPS Ground, UPS next day, UPS 2-day, and UPS 3-day shipping.

On the day your order ships, you'll receive an e-mail from UPS with the tracking number for your package.

For supply orders: Orders typically ship within 24 hours. If you need your order immediately, we encourage you to request expedited overnight shipping. However, if you're in a serious letterpress emergency, please place your order before noon EST and mention that you'd like same day shipping. We'll do our best to make it happen!

For platemaking: place your same day rushes by 1 p.m. EST.

Supplies: We ship supplies to Canada via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Saver. Canadian orders can be placed online. For orders outside of USA/Canada, please fax in your order via our PDF order form; or phone in your order; or e-mail your order to us. We ship international orders (outside of Canada) via Worldwide Saver.

Platemaking: We ship platemaking orders to Canada via UPS Standard or UPS Worldwide Saver. We can ship Worldwide Saver to any international location. You can place international orders through our platemaking web site.

Printing: Yes, we love working with our international clients!
