We printed this broadside in commemoration of Ted Kooser's reading here in Syracuse. Kooser’s many honors include two NEA fellowships in poetry, a Pushcart Prize, the Stanley Kunitz Prize from Columbia, the Boatwright Prize from Shenandoah, the Pulitzer Prize, and an appointment as U. S. Poet Laureate. He is the author of a number of collections of poetry, including Flying at Night (University of Pittsburgh Press), Delights & Shadows (Copper Canyon); and Winter Morning Walks: One Hundred Postcards to Jim Harrison, which won the 2001 Nebraska Book Award for poetry.   This broadside is part of the Downtown Writer's Center letterpress broadside series, a fundraising event for this important Syracuse writing institution. This broadside's edition is also sold out! Designed and printed by Boxcar Press
