the letterpress wedding suite. Honor and Jay wanted their custom invitation suite to mimic their Chinoiserie style porcelain. Brenda Fox illustrated an elaborate, self-closing pocketfold (8.25 x 5.625) to which we adhered the invitation (5.125 x 7.75). The pocketfold’s hand-drawn illustrations included nods to the wedding venue, and several of the motifs from the main invitation were repeated on the website card, reply card, brunch card, map card, and rehearsal dinner invitation. Prior to printing the invitation suite, we also printed save the dates in the same hand-illustrated style, with floral patterned envelope liners to match. The intricate details featured throughout the set translated beautifully for letterpress printing.
