The process

Quote: E-mail us details of your project: quantities, paper choices, number of inks, dimensions, ideally a PDF of the proposed design, finishing requirements, date you expect finished artwork to be complete, and when you need the printed pieces. We’ll e-mail you back a quote!

Contract: Once you approve the quote, we’ll e-mail you a PDF of our printing contract. We need the signed contract, your design files, and usually a 50% nonrefundable deposit before beginning work.
 
Your files: E-mail us your files. If your file is larger than 5 MB, let us know and we will give you directions to an upload page, or you can mail your files to us on a CD. Our ideal is receiving an EPS file with type outlined, plus a press-ready PDF for proofing purposes. The next best option is a press-ready PDF for output, and a faxed or FedExed hard copy for proofing purposes. We encourage you to read about designing for letterpress before finalizing your files.

Printing: Once we output your files and create your printing plates, we will start printing!

Shipping: We ship via UPS overnight, 2-day, 3-day, or Ground, or use LTL Trucking Companies.
