We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our work. If you're unhappy with something that we created, please contact us and we will make every effort to make it right.

Boxcar Bases: we guarantee that your Boxcar Base will improve your printing life and make you fall in love with letterpress printing all over again. If you're unhappy for any reason, call us! We'll guide you through different ways of adjusting your press to receive optimum printing from your plates and base. If our base still can't make you happy, contact us for a return authorization number, and then return the base to us for a refund.

Supplies (other than unexposed polymer): we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Please call us if you need to return an item. We will e-mail you a return authorization number that needs to be included with your package. If returning items, please insure the package and package well.

Unprocessed photopolymer: Because it’s photo-sensitive, unprocessed polymer is neither returnable nor refundable.
