Information you provide: When you place an order with Boxcar Press, we ask for certain identifiable personal and/or business information such as name, address, phone, email, and per your preference, credit card information. We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders.  If you have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Additionally, when you place a platemaking order, we ask you to create a Boxcar Press platemaking account. We use your email address and a password as the access point, which is used to protect you from unauthorized access. Boxcar Press stores this information so it is available for retrieval and order placement whenever you log in to your account to place a platemaking order. You can change or delete your account information at any time from your personal order page.

In addition to the above, we may use your information to notify you of new services, service improvements, pricing bulletins, newsletters, and other important news. We hope you'll find such communication ad information essential. Information sharing: Boxcar Press will not share your information with other companies or individuals outside of Boxcar Press.  We will not sell your contact information to outside parties.

We also hold a secure key, or digital certificate, through Digital Signature Trust. This key ensures that we are who we say we are and that any data exchanged online is protected from theft and tampering.
