Payment terms

Platemaking orders: First time orders must be pre-paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or COD. If you're an established client and would like to work with us on a Net 30 basis for future orders, please fill out and fax in our Account Application several days before your order ships.

Supply orders: Online supply orders must be prepaid by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For institutions, we accept PO's; please place these orders via phone, or fax in our PDF order form. If you'd like to work with us on a Net 30 basis, please fill out an account application.

Letterpress printing: We request a 50% non-refundable deposit before we begin work. We ask for the balance paid in full before we ship your letterpress job. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, money orders, and checks.
