Boxcar Platemaking and Supply customers please take note: During the holiday season, throughout the weeks of December 22nd and December 29th, we will strive to meet our customer care standards. However, due to limited staffing we are not able to guarantee our regular two business day turnaround. With regards to platemaking orders with same day or one day rush requests, they will be given first priority but please call or email us to discuss your needs and we will work to meet your scheduling. In addition, UPS delivery schedules are also limited during the season and we're happy to talk with you about shipping options.
