Description
Metallic Gold 874 is a oil-based gold ink with a hint of bronze — it has a slightly darker antique gold look on uncoated letterpress papers than Gold 871 metallic ink. Gold 874 is a base mixing color for many of the other metallic inks found in the metallic Pantone formula guide.
When printing metallic inks on uncoated papers, the shine of the metallic particles are muted. Letterpress printers favor this ink on dark papers because it is opaque. Gold 874 is available in our Metallic Ink Pack also.
