HOW DO YOU RETURN THINGS? DO WE WANT A Return authorization number? Call first? OR???? what paperwork needs to happen?

The Boxcar Base: we guarantee that your Boxcar Base will improve your printing life and make you fall in love with letterpress printing all over again. If you're unhappy for any reason, call us! We'll guide you through different ways of adjusting your press to receive optimum printing from your plates and base. If our base still can't make you happy, contact us for a return authorization number, and then return the base to us for a refund.

Supplies (other than unexposed polymer): we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in new, unused condition. Please call us if you need to return an item. We will e-mail you a return authorization number that needs to be included with your package. If returning items, please insure the package and package well.

Platemaking: We do not offer monetary refunds on our platemaking services, but we will ship replacement plates for defective plates, provided an accurate hard copy of the artwork was given to us when you submitted your files. If you need a plate remade, please give us a call as soon as possible and talk with one of our photopolymer output specialists. Hard copies are essential to good platemaking: if you did not send us a hard copy at the time you uploaded your files, we can not offer a refund or free redo of our plates.

Unprocessed photopolymer: Unprocessed polymer is neither returnable nor refundable.
