For this surprise soiree celebrating NBC Universal's CEO, each invitation was sent out with a single iridescent blue-green peacock feather. Though we gave the invitation a simple elegance with a neutral ink, we wanted to draw on the inspiration that a peacock feather provides when choosing the envelope liner. So we hunted down an ultra-exquisite Japanese paper that has the movement and play of a feather. The Japanese paper is still hand-made in Japan using traditional methods that are hundreds of years old. It made one of the most exquisite envelope liners we've ever seen.
